Nazy has over 25 years' experience in the art world, spanning auction, advisory and art fairs. At Sotheby’s she was a Senior Director of the Company and Managing Director of the Impressionist and Modern art division. Whilst there, she held a variety of senior management roles across the worldwide divisions including Contemporary Art and Jewels and launched ‘Sotheby’s Preferred’ in Europe.

‘Preferred’ is a loyalty programme devised to develop structured relationships with the most important client sectors. Following rigorous analysis and consultation with country heads and experts, this was delivered by introducing a suite of art and art-related outreach programmes to deliver ‘money can’t buy’ client benefits and experiences. This programme pro-actively developed targeted relationship building and quickly became a great success for Sotheby’s.

In 2013 Nazy joined Masterpiece as Chief Executive Officer. She was instrumental in raising the profile of the Fair in the global art world by carefully curating the exhibitor profile of 150+ international galleries to focus on world-class art, design and ancient art. She set up and developed the Masterpiece Patron programme, forged structured partnerships with leading companies from the world of finance, art, travel and luxury and significantly increased company profit and visitor numbers. The MCH Group, owners of Art Basel, bought a majority stake in Masterpiece in 2017.
